Disclosure: All tumblers are one of a kind, unique and HANDMADE. They may have small imperfections such as tiny air bubbles, small bumps or possible small specks of glitter. Working in a glitter filled environment makes it nearly impossible to keep glitter off of non glitter tumblers. I do everything I can to keep my work space clean and free of debris. All of my tumblers are finished with FDA approved epoxy, which means it is food safe and it is also high-quality UV protected so your tumbler will not fade or yellow for many years to come. Once payment has been made, I will begin to order any supplies that may be needed and I will start your tumbler on my next LIVE. You will receive notification by email. If you are not present on the LIVE then we will work on it during the next live. If you do not show for the 2nd LIVE, I WILL CREATE YOUR TUMBLER WITHOUT YOU.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TUMBLER IN HIGH HEATED AREAS. Your tumbler will come with care instructions. Please utilize these care instructions to ensure your tumbler lasts several years to come.

In the event your tumbler breaks or cracks, send me a picture and I will let you know if I will be able to fix it. There will be a $15 fee to fix the item and shipping cost to return the item and shipping cost for me to ship the item back to you.
TURNAROUND TIME (CUSTOM TUMBLERS): 6-8 weeks.
TURNAROUND TIME(READY TO SHIP TUMBLERS): 1-2 weeks depending on if any decals have been added. This may add another week.
TURNAROUND TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.
RETURNS?CANCELATIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR CANCELATIONS.
I typically start work on your tumbler right away, due to this an order can not be cancelled once it has been placed, I will reach out for details if details for your tumbler have not been discussed in an email or through the online ordering process. If there is no reply, your order will sit until you reach out to me by email: youniquedesignz1@yahoo.com.
SHIPPING: Your tumbler/tumblers will include insurance and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Once the item has been dropped off and in the shippers hands, I will no longer be responsible for any shipping delays or damages that may occur by the carrier. Your package will be wrapped carefully and securely so any mishandling from the carrier can potentially be avoided. In the event that your order was damaged or lost during shipping, you may open a claim with USPS, UPS or FED EX and make me aware of the incident. Once I am reimbursed for your order, I will remake it and ship it out ASAP.
